30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email help@nuiterre.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons: mouth tape, nasal strips, magnesium spray, and magnesium bath flakes cannot be returned once opened.
